Coxwell Ave & Dundas St E, Toronto, Canada
Builder: Buena Vista
Bespoke Towns is a brand new pre-construction project by Buena Vista. The project will consist of low-rise 22 stacked towns inspired by classic row houses that line the streets of London. This low-rise building will be located just at the corner of Dundas Street East and Coxwell Ave, in downtown Toronto. This means that Bespoke Towns will be surrounded by Riverdale and downtown on west, Indian bazaar on north, Queen East to south, and The Beaches on east. Bespoke Towns will also have easy access to shops, schools, galleries, cafes, and green spaces in downtown Toronto. The project is expected to finish in 2017.
Bespoke Towns range from 1,109 to 1,562 sq ft with two-floor towns stacked to create a four-level building. The ground level suites will offer a main level of living space while upper levels feature two bedrooms, ensuite, bathrooms and laundry. They will also have a garden patio while rooftop terraces and balconies are the highlights of the 11 upper two-floor suites. The suites will also have 9 ft ceiling heights on main levels, Shaker-style interior doors, garden doors and French doors, wide plank engineered floor, porcelain tile, custom kitchen, stainless steel kitchen appliances, as well as Caesarstone counters in the bathroom and kitchens.
Building Facilities: Secured underground parking, bicycle and storage lockers, heated pet spa, and more.
